The eagerly awaited call for artists to participate in Art Festival 2026 has been published. The festival, scheduled for June 27th to July 12th, promises to be a truly special edition, as it celebrates its first ten years. It seems like only yesterday that the Whats Art association, founded to promote performance art and enhance the Marche region, conceived the festival. These have been intense years, filled with inspiration, resourcefulness, commitment, perseverance, collaborations, and significant influences. The Art Festival, born in Recanati, has grown and transformed into a traveling event, involving other cities in the Marche region. Now a benchmark for contemporary art, it annually hosts internationally renowned artists and attracts an ever-increasing audience. The highlight of the tenth edition will be the Festa with a capital “F,” where everyone will be invited to have fun and share, with friends old and new, that profound spirit of creative freedom that has always characterized the festival.
In the meantime, interested artists can submit their artistic proposals by completing the form published in this website, in the “Participate” section. Each project will be carefully evaluated and selected based on its artistic quality and suitability for the available locations. All selected artists will be notified by email. Those who are not selected will also receive a response email. The artistic director reminds that all those who accepted the call and submitted their applications by email will be included in the Whats Art archive, which will be used for other events held throughout the year.
Registration is open until Friday, April 24, 2026.
Applications received after this date will be rejected.
